Yes...it's a print of a painting. All the details including the artist (Nancy Glazier) are located on the pic of the certificate that is glued to the back of the frame. There is a signature of the artist on the front. I included that pic of the certificate in the post. I don't see any numbers I don't know much more about this picture than what I have shared in the post...sorry I can't be more helpful.
