Here's the deal: I'm upside down on my house in Tucson and have recently moved to Flagstaff. My neighbor called the other day and I had a big limb from my palo verde tree and another tree (ash or something) blow over during the last big Tucson windstorm. I'm in flagstaff and don't have the time/desire to drive to Tucson and cut my trees and haul limb/firewood. I need: Somebody to cut and haul what has fallen. Of course I'm willing to pay for this, and if you burn wood you can have what you want. This is not the first time this had happened (the palo verde tree is huge) and palo verde burns great. Contact me if you want to do it or know somebody you use to do this kind of stuff, I want somebody honest. If you want to do it, I'll give you the address and you can give me an estimate. The house is empty but still, I don't want it vandalized. Thanks for any help guys.

Thanks guys, looks like I have a few leads. Like I said I'm more than willing to pay for this. If nothing else I'll have my neighbor put a "firewood for sale" sign in my front yard.

Yeah, it is not good to burn, also not a good idea to cook over. As for Wikipedia, we all know how accurate they are.... Ok guys, I can find NOTHING on google that says Palo Verde is poisonous in any way to burn. Several sources say you can eat the stuff. As far as wikipedia not being accurate, all I can say is that it's probably more accurate than lay theories posted on the internet without evidence. Quit crapping in my add guys. Nobody has to take the firewood. I'll burn it, I have burned quite a bit of it and it burns fine. The fact remains that I need it taken care of, and I'd like to find somebody I can trust thru this site before I venture to backpage or craigslist. I'm kinda a Hornady fan, but to be honest Barnes kinda perfected the all copper thing. If Barnes shoots hole over hole, then there's not really any reason to change. That's my opinion.

I like the old Scorpion. When I buy a Foxpro, it will be the new Scorpion (X1B). That new Foxbang program looks SWEEEET! I don't have much experience between the Scorpion and other models, but I do know the Scorpion works. For $350 new, it's worth the money.

We use a 16x16' army surplus tent. I don't remember what it cost, but it was cheaper than the Cabela's ones. It's been great, we run a wood stove in it. My dad was too cheap to buy the poles, he made his own. We're looking for another one, if you google army surplus tents there are some sites. Just a friendly FYI, the pattern your choke tube throws is completely independent of your sights. That means your pattern doesn't correlate with the type of sight you have. Like at all. If you think a double bead helps you aim, have at it. It may help you get your bead down properly, but it isn't necessary. You can do it without a double bead.

I visited my parents over the weekend and remembered I wanted to get a few pictures of the racks we had. I had planned on getting much better pics than these, my mom had the camera and she said they were turning out good. You really can't appreciate any tine length though, for the most part. I'll get better pics next time. Here are the 4 biggest ones layed out in the garage. The two in front are nice ones, the other two are decent. The second one from the front has a great right side, but his left side is a little broken and stunted. Anyway it should be enough to get us pumped for elk season. Good luck in the draw fellas! You really can't appreciate tine length here, and the whale tail looks small. You can't tell from this picture, but this bull would really be a good one if his left side matched his right. For a little scale here is a pic of my sister's bull from last year. It is the third from the front in the first picture. See how much bigger the two in front are? Not huge bulls mind you, but they are good ones;)
