I have eaten mnt lion and it was not bad at all but not something I would actively seek. On a different note were my parents are from horse is a very common dish as a mater of fact I have had it more then once and I will tell you its similar if not better then elk. In most country’s not much goes to waste. And my family is not from some backward country.

You are not supposed to tell them what it is until they've already eaten it and are coming back for a second helping! I've killed two lions now and our family loves it! In fact my wife won't eat deer or antelope steaks, but she loves lion steaks. She thinks lion is better than elk. I don't know if it's that good, but I sure like it. As mentioned it sorta looks like pork and has a somewhat mild flavor. We had a big family and friends party for one of my boys birthday about a month ago and we roasted a lion roast in the crock pot and did the pulled pork thing with it. We didn't tell anyone until they started asking. If you ever get one don't let it go to waste!!! TAM i cant stop looking at the cat of yours it looks like my ex mother inlaw LOL

Base pro shop yesterday Anyone go I did see one kid represent with a CWT shirt. Amanda needs to make those shirts for babies 6 to 36 months i would get one for my son in a sec. My year old son loved when the calls were being made. Fun stuff

funny i felt the same way about leupold but i have to say the new rx RFinders are realy nice and spot on a good friend has the rx 750 and i was supprised and i hate any leupold stuff after 1996
