Holy finds all the sheds, because she is part SHED/ANTLER! so it's my parent's fault- i wasn't bred right!!! i KNEW it! whatever it is, she's good! no matter what, a day getting skunked in the woods is always better than a day at work.

in 23n last week- i saw one bear,one muley still with antlers,one whitetail doe,a few dozen turkeys but not one single elk or shed. i don't know how shed hunter and his wife do it!?!?!?

pack rats and/or chipmunks. i've got lots of these on my prop and i'm always amazed at the how/what these critters will eat

this thread has been dormant for awhile so i'll try to add-hope it works. first pic is "pita" (Pain In The butt"),second is pita and angel sharing an antler,right after pita was diagnosed with bone cancer. their names should have been switched! pita has been gone for a few years and angel has turned into a "PITA". apparently pics swapped places

sjvcon/coach i agree with you guys 100%. the problem i see is people don't realisticly assess their situation-their shooting ability,shot placement,animal reaction. therefor,people don't give the follow-up effort needed. they just see and hear what they want.

+1 on the outdoorsman system. just to clarify,i don't believe there's any drilling involved. i'm pretty sure the front hinge pin is threaded so it's just a matter of screw out-screw in.

one other thing,and someone please correct me if i'm wrong. the bonus points only give you multiple chances in the draw for your random position number in the draw (not the draw for the hunts themselves). your BEST random position number is then used for the hunt draw but you only have one pos number in the draw for the hunt/animal.

+3 on game/fish. found an arrow killed,coyote eaten 6x7 last year. called g/f with the hopes of getting the antlers legally. nope-it was human killed so they cut off the horns and that was that.

like most legal documents,the devil may be in the details. the current regs (ant/elk; pg 4 and 5) says "A parent" may transfer (meaning either parent or guardian). it then says "(THE parent)" must accompany. i would read that as any number of people can transfer but the actual person who tranfers must accompany, not one of the many who MAY transfer. good luck-i hope it works out for you!

HELP! on some topics,usually with pics laid out next to each other,the display on my screen is stretched completley off screen. i maximize my screen but i still have to drag side to side to read each and every sentence. an example would be the current topic "blind dog" started by tail chaser,in the rifle section. is there something i'm doing wrong on my end? (probably). i've tried all 3 view options with no help. i didn't see this covered in any help topic. thanks mike

way cool! i've taken a few muleys with my 41 mag but never had the guts to try for a whitetail. maybe i'll pack it for my 24b hunt this weekend. congrats!

That's good stuff man!! I think we all did that. been there,done that and i can add to it! after calling all day,i had to go to work. i work in a secure area so you need a code to get in. i caught myself at the door keypad punching 602-942-3000! needless to say,it didn't work on the door either!
