Mullin's Got it done in a big way!

My bad and my apologies to all, and sorry to have added to the problem, I'll keep my big mouth shut and my comments to myself. -
Mullin's Got it done in a big way!
wetmule replied to matthewp45's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Interesting that a few AZmossbackers started all this crap and it's interesting that Jim said he has the greatest respect for you guys, WHY, I don't know. Doyle and his mossback crew in Utah face this same kind of crap every year on the other site, as recipients of the misinformed barbs, and it always rolls off their back and they generally stay out of the fray for the most part. Interesting that the AZ guys partake not as recipients but as potstirrers. I'm pretty sure Doyle wouldn't appreciate this behavior, it makes you look bad and maybe more importantly it makes him look bad. Grow up, take some more Tums, have a nap - you'll feel better in the am. -

Bear Arms and Protest
wetmule replied to youngbuck's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I really have to question the guy's motives and what his message is by bringing an AR to a presidential teleprompter speechifying bully pulpit session? If his message was to draw attention to himself to show that - yes armed citizens are actually peaceful people that believe deeply in the 2nd - and not crazy waco extremeists, he made his point quite well. BUT, big BUT - He had to know that the media would twist and portray him and all 2nd amendment defenders in exactly the opposite direction of his intention, and that is exactly what they did. The liberal media that controls 90% of all media loves this kind of crap as it allows them the opportunity to fire up their anti base and use it as ammo against us and the 2nd. Perception is reality and when you have the media lying, distorting, fabricating whatever they want while they control 90% of the message delivery system, they can create any message they want and distort the message to help achieve their objective. If shoulder fired missiles or RPG's were legal to carry, would the guy have shown up with one slung over his shoulder? I just think the guy was really stupid and he had to have known that whatever his message may have been - it would be used against him. If he didn't know it - then he was really, really, really stupid. -

How to stop (or decrease) trail camera theft.
wetmule replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
must be a bunch of O'Bama voters out there roaming the woods looking for trailcams. They need to punch themselves in the jaw then throw themselves on the tracks in front of an oncoming Santa Fe. -
Jim, you're not allowed to have another muley permit, you are too hard on those big bucks

Snap, How many wildlife biologists do you want on the commission? We have two now and neither are all that hunter friendly, IMO, and are more into watchable wildlife and seem to tend towards the non-consumptive side of the Dept. The private sector background commissioners are far more hunter friendly. The answer is never ever elect another Democrat as governor unless you can be assured that person is a hunter. There is a group (AZSFW) that has worked the political side extremely hard to set forth a commissioner candidate vetting - interview type process and get it incorporated into the selection process when an opening becomes available. Then they lobby extremely hard at the legislature for hunter friendly persons once they are selected and fight tooth and nail against the ones they don't believe are so inclined.
-
Bill is exactly right, you let the voters decide who makes up the commission and we will have literally just slit our own throat, IMO, we will lose everytime and every commission appointment and every decision will be a nightmare. We are just now starting to rebound and recover from some PATHETIC Napolitano commissioners. We have a new director and a department that I believe is much more hunter friendly. That said, all of those that think we need to dump the bonus points system alltogether because average joe gets three quality tags in six years will be sorely disappointed. One only needs to look back before bonus points were instituted and the reason why they were instituted, one of those reasons was because some average joes were getting five quality tags in six years. Same story now only to a much lesser degree. I'd say leave it alone.

Sierra Club wants lion tag to auction
wetmule replied to billrquimby's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
++++1 Terry The sierra club is nothing more than a giant group of environmental activist lawyers who are incredibly funded and aided by the lies they tell their supporters. Their name and brand is plastered all over just about every single piece of activist legislation and lawsuit filed, and if their name isn't included on the green plaintiff list they sure as heck are contributing funding to it. John, they don't want to leave every single wolf and lion alone, they want them in all our backyards. They want us out of the forests and mountains, deserts, woods, marshes, rivers etc. period. Any use of our renewable resources makes their skin crawl, and they use their extensive legal resources and deep pockets to prevent the use of such resources. -
55 ??? Could have sworn I saw some old time photos of you on the Ken Burns - Civil War documentary. Congrats, Good luck

The one question test
wetmule replied to gauchoand's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I told you guys normal film will NOT record these two. They also can't see themselves in the mirror, O'Bummer is a manchurian robot; and Nancy has a plastic face and permanent makeup - she doesn't need to look in the mirror, by design. -
The one question test
wetmule replied to gauchoand's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I think you'd have to use Infared film as I don't believe normal silver based film will record them. -
An E-mail to "OUR" leader

Not to mention that he doesn't know the difference between memorial day and veterans day! AND the bonus bailout money paid by us taxpayers that AIG paid their employees for retention bonuses on their failed business practices that was only supposed to be used for the profitable portion of their business that actually went to unprofitable and loser parts of AIG---------- THAT 120 million dollars! --------------------NOT EXACTLY ------------They are now telling us they paid $540 MILLION dollars to these losers. And the $340,000 that taxpayers spent on photographs of a fly-by over New York City of Airforce One that really wasn't Airforce One cause O'Bummer wasn't on it. The photographs that taxpayers will never see. The list goes on and on and on and on with this clown. Sign my name too. -
Tim, I have not compared them side by side. The person you will get the best info. from would be Chris Denham as he was a long time Swaro Rep. and I believe he owns a HD. I thinks he's on this site from time to time and is a sponsor. Shoot him a pm or call him it would be well worth your time. Also, not trying to confuse you any more but Nikon is coming out with a pretty cool new fieldscope with ED Glass. You might want to consider it also, they make it in angled and straight with both an 85mm and 65mm Objective. I've seen the prices and they ain't cheap but probably in line with what you'll pay for a swaro. http://www.nikonhunting.com/fieldscopes-fi...m-straight.html Let me know if you want to borrow my 80 Ouch ! I just checked the prices on the new Nikons. At B & H, the 65mm is $2700 and the 85mm is $3300 Lifetime no fault warranty

Interesting that Swarovski says they put flouride in the glass. Canon's high end photography glass has elements with flourite in it. I always thought flouride was in tooth paste. Maybe Swarovski glass doesn't get any cavities. Tim I have a 80 mm non HD, if you want to look through it you're more than welcome.

Miss America
wetmule replied to Non-Typical Solutions's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
She should have said just like Pres. O'bummer, I too believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman. She probably would have gotten a completely different reaction. By the way, what the heck is this dude doing judging a female beauty contest. That's alot like Ray Charles umpiring the seventh game of the world series. -
Pretty cool Amanda, They may be more industrious than you know - looks like they've also got it wired to provide heat like an electric blanket.
-
I'd postpone your surgery for a while, haven't you heard we're all gonna have free health care soon? Good luck

Anybody watch the other two video clips? The memorial tribute by Judy and the Protestor clip. They both attribute the death to G&F

Man Lark you got that right - every time the govt. sticks it nose in something it's a sure sign its about to go in the toilet. If you look at what got us in this mess we can start with Carter in 1977 when he signed into law the Community Reinvestment Act. Then you can look at Clinton who signed into law the Gram-Leach Biley Act repealing the Glass Steagall Act which basically allowed banks, insurance companies and any other big business to do whatever the heck they wanted. Couple that with some democrats Schumer, Dodd & a few others mandating to banks that they make loans to lower income neighborhoods and people regardless of their ability to make the payments. The banks were threatened with lower credit ratings, racism & who knows what else to make these loans. Guess what? Banks do what any business does, they try to make a profit. So they figure out a way to package up all these loans and sell them to other banks, insurance companies - (that were never previously allowed to do this kind of business), other lending institutions overseas and all over the place and then package then all up again and sell them to somone else. It was all great for a while, afterall real estate has always been one of the best investments and God ain't makin any more of it. Problem is there were a bunch of people that couldn't afford these loans and a bunch of speculators that weren't required to put any money down. BOOM !, Houston we have a problem. BI-PARTISAN BAD POLICY out of Washington, Greedy Bankers, Predatory Lenders, greedy speculators, and many people that didn't read the fine print when they closed. Sucks for us the Taxpayers.

I too would like to see manufacturing return to the US, the problem is, whether we like it or not we now have a global economy whereby if we ditched it alltogether we'd all be in alot of trouble. BO was recently spouting the buy American theory and alot of other countries got their panties in a wad and their leaders pisssed. When we have a whitehouse that is spending exponentially - money we don't have and quadrupling down on the debt and the deficit and sending Hillary to China to beg them to buy our bonds, lend us money etc., - he is just digging us a heck of a hole that we may never get out of. I'm afraid by the time he's done China is gonna own us. He's the wrong man at the wrong time and he's exploiting the economic, banking and credit problem by trying to push his socialized agenda on the population which does nothing at all to fix the crises we are in. As I know it one of the basic principles of socialism is that the inequalities that exist in our society are unjust and that one portion of the population should not own the majority of wealth. He's surrounded himself with those types of people in his administration and we are seeing the results of the agenda he's trying to push. Tax and spend to institute free healthcare cradle to grave, same with education, cap and trade energy taxes that will cost all taxpayers lots of money. He's raising personal, business and corporate taxes on the very people, entrepreneurs and corporations that he wants to buy the so called Toxic assets to help get us out of this mess. Makes no sense to me, whats their incentive to buy this crap up when they are only going to get taxed to death? The American dream is if you work hard, play it smart, use your talents to the best of your ability you have a chance to be successful - some very successful in providing a good life for your family. That is the American way as set up by our founders with our constitution. When we have a guy in the whitehouse that is telling people how much they are allowed to make, he's telling people that they are gonna have to help pay for a bunch of bad mortgages by people that couldn't afford them in the first place - all this flys right in the face of capitalism and I think it's gonna catch up to the guy hopefully sooner than later. He's ordering the US a socialized organ transplant and it's looking like its not much of a match and hopefully the US will reject it. As far as American jobs staying here we need to level the playing field with incentives and a tax policy that doesn't penalize a US company for producing goods here when their competition from overseas reaps all the benefits of selling their crap here without all the same tax consequences.
