Now, I totally agree...There have been some topics that have gotten out of hand.. But, I think they have been informational to some..And a good learning experience to others.. Hey, If it makes us better sportsman's in the feild..Then it's important to discuss it.. But i also agree that some of these posts are just chain yanker's.....

Very sad indeed..Just when it was becoming one of the states best fisheries.. Won't happen again in our lifetime unfortunately.. Last trip a few channel cats measuring under four inches were caught. It is that bad... They are hungry and stressed.. very sad.

Lunatic Fringe!!! Fanatical Buck.. I wouldn't ever, ever, enter it. Not until I was at least 40'ish. HaHa. Seriously,do numbers really represent a person's accomplishment. Let's, let this buck go. Until the owner decides what's best for us.. Peace -
Reid park? A bag of popcorn and a gunny sack.. Zero shots fired. I once saw a mallard fly into the lion enclosure at the zoo. Wasn't pretty..

gross 122.. Super buck.. Congrats

Do most of mine in the southern part of the state.. The Rudd knoll area wasn't to bad up north this year.. Got a few decoy's from a member on this site that I plan on using this year around Eloy. It's been pretty difficult down south the last past few years. Ponds look good in mid summer with plenty of food but come hunting season the water level has dropped significantly, giving them no reason to hang around. Was real good several years back and I can't wait for those days again. Maybe this year? Peace

If you want to get some good practice in for next year. Desert Archers will be having their annual "Rumble in the Rocks" this coming weekend on Nov. 7th and 8th 2009. You can contact Darrin Welsh at (520) 260-0787 for more information. It's at the same place last years second leg was held at.It is a challenging course and will be part of the Triple Crown next year...Peace

Congratulations!! Looks like some fine coues country.. Can you really tell the difference using that hydrate and recovery mix? Looks like something to give a try...

There's a deer!! Wow, really enjoyed your write up as well. Congrats
-
Sweet buck!! Looks like some rough country with a lot of "wait a minute" bushes around. Congratulations

It's going to get cold during the next couple of days. Get back out there if you can.. Don't let them feast on a wildcat... Good luck

Impressive first buck, A big congrats!

Great success, Thanks for posting.

At that price the dang thing better "pinwheel" the 12 on it's own. Really I think all bow prices have gotten out of hand..

Tnt, I hope something didn't happen to you? Honestly, There is only one reputable shop willing to go out of the way for anyone. I'm sorry to say the little nice lady sold her shop several years ago and moved to Vegas. I would take the others advice. That guy won't steer you wrong. And he is a heck of a guy that ain't going to sell you something you don't need. Probably, fix or solve a minor problem with your bow without charging. That's how nice and knowledgeable he is. Take it for what it's worth. And good luck.. Peace Ps. I wish there were more of us like him..

Not trying to promote their store. But I saw a very clean 7mm w/scope and strap for around $450 at the cash box in Tucson. Just a thought.. Gamehauler..Your avatar screams "Mayberry" All the way.

Ron , If you happen to take a break and enjoy your camp during the day. It is still warm enough that you will probably have an occasional wasp or bee visit your water source and trash bag. But they are usually pretty friendly. Good luck on your hunt..Save one for the rest of us that have a tag for this unit. oh yeah, Don't forget the tag...

I'am a little bias. I went into Universal Archery the other day.. And low and behold, That nice lady affixed one of those old outdated mechanicals onto my wooden arrow. ..Now that was service... Seriously, She was the nice's lady that never gave you any grief. Well, maybe just me..

TNT, What trouble are you having finding a quality shop?

Now that's funny..True..But funny
