I bought a muzzle brake for my ruger american predator. This rifle has a threaded barrel that makes it easy to just screw the brake on. However the brake did not screw all the way down all the threads leaving about 1/4" of threads before the brake bottomed out. It is definitely screwed down as tight as it will go. Will this be a problem when the gun is fired? Wondering if any of you guys with this same rifle have run into this.

However, I put myself in for a hunt that I should be guaranteed to draw and I haven't gotten hit for the $45 yet. I'm selling my Minox 15x58 binoculars. These have served me well but my wife surprised me with some new Swarovski 15x56 hd's so these will not get any more use. I recently sent them off to Minox and they went through and refurbished them. There is a slight cosmetic mark on the left eyecup but the glass is perfect. Looking for $500. I'm in wickenburg but today I will be in the Phoenix area and I can meet up. Comes with soft case, hard case, and tripod adapter.
