In addition, if baiting truly did increase the archery success rate, banning it should decrease the ratio of archery to rifle kills, which should allow G&F to reopen alot of the units currently closed during the December archery hunt. Next up is dogs, you can bet on it. Kalifornia just eliminated bear hunting with dogs. We are next. I probably won't write a letter or place a phone call supporting it though. Go to Idaho if you want to use dogs. I don't see a use for using dogs to hunt bear.
