Second pig I ever killed was at less than 10 yards. He was standing broadside and turned 90 degrees at the shot and the arrow cornholed him. Tracked him for 100-150 yards until he went into a drain pipe under the road. I was flinging arrows at him on my knees while he faced directly at me. Had to go back to the truck and get more arrows. Finally hit him between the eyes and he dies. Had to crawl in there and drag him out...just praying that he was dead and not faking it in order to lure me into his den of death.
