Thanks guys, I was kind of leaning towards the Colemans too, but I saw some 100 quart Igloo marine coolers (the long white ones big enough to stuff a gutted coues in) on sale for $50 and thinking about picking one up.

One of the toughest sheep hunts in the country, physically and mentally. Don Martin was looking for a hunter in this unit. Give him a call.

Looking for new .50 cal...Suggestions?
DesertBull replied to Sundevils79's topic in Muzzleloader hunting for Coues Deer
Knight went out of business, but their .50 cal extreme and elite series were awesome ML'ers. I would not hesitate to buy either one. Parts should be fairly easy to come by, as they sold a ton of these rifles. TC Encore Pro would be my 2nd choice. -
I had a hunch C&S had a thing for bearded ladies. That's why he hangs out at Pete's.

Same buck - look at the left ear. Gonna be big this year. Notice the date on the 2009 pics. All the other bucks using this trail are not even forked yet. 2007 - 2008 - 2009 -

http://www.azgfd.gov/eservices/documents/2...eList090724.pdf Not as many leftovers as I thought there would be. Last year there were 200+ unit 12A archery tags.

How, where to go when G&F err on your applications?
DesertBull replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
You do not have to go to the office. Just call and the person you are talking to can view a copy of your app and tell you the problem. My son's app was rejected even though the SS# he put down was correct. The person entering the data mis-read a 4 instead of a 9. They gave him a tag. -
Every other home in Gilbert / QC is for rent or sale. Or at least it seems that way. Good luck.

Looks like Gamehauler found some peyote.

I was in there on Thursday and the ammo / reloading aisles are still bare.

Not surprising. The thermometer at my house in Gilbert read 117 at 2:00 this afternoon. I wish I was heading up there myself.

You should have wrote "Ted Kennedy".

The transmission is royally screwed in my wife's Ford. Can anyone recommend an honest mechanic in the east valley?

If a COC type head hits square on a rib, do you think the tip will fold over or will it just cut through or slip around the bone?? No doubt they probably penetrate better, but the chisel tip seems a little more rugged with regards to bone. I like the slick tricks myself and have been thinking about trying some of the razortricks too.

Just what we need is a bunch of drunk chiggers But they'd be merry chiggers. That is when they collect on the scrotum Chigger Orgy Perv alert!
