Most other states let you turn in your tag as many times as you want to. The difference is AZ is also going to give you a point as though you didn't get drawn at all. That's wrong, IMO. If you turn in your tag, fine. But you drew a tag and should not get an additional point.

I think you can kill a big mule deer in Colorado, Utah or Nevada and not have to wait half a lifetime to get a decent tag.
