I prefer govt gridlock. When govt is doing nothing, they are not screwing something up. The last time govt "did something" we got ObamaCare. The chance of the Dems retaking the house and sentate this election is slim to none and don't be shocked if the establishment RINOs in congress don't block Trumps plans just for spite. That is how selfish and shallow most of them are.

What if it was transferred with to states with the stipulation (by law) that it cannot be sold or privatized, only managed at the state level? Then WE could decide if we want wolves, mines, logging, spotted owls, etc. and not some Birkenstock wearing, granola muncher in DC. Just a thought. The chances of all the federal land being sold off is much more remote than the chance of Hillary flipping the Supreme Court to liberal and taking our guns. Frankly, I am not sure what type of judge Trump would nominate either. He might like some guy that love eminent domain, where the Govt just grabs land as they wish. Now....for all of you in the Trump Trance, don't get wadded up. I will vote for him, but as with all candidates, none is perfect.

I have a side x side .410 that my grandfather gave me. Killed hundreds of squirrels, rabbits and bobwhites with it. It was his wedding present from his father in law. Pre-WWII. His brother in law received the matching gun in 16 GA. Not sure what happened to it. Wish I had it. You can have the .410 for $1,000,000 and 5 cases of moose drool. But you can't take it home with you. You can hold it in my living room.

Maybe bring on a partner with strong management and marketing skills to spread that part of the stress out while you concentrate on the part of the business you like. Then have more time for yourself with less heartache.
