A lil, not so popular group, gets together at Nevada Smiths Saloon in Tucson at 2-5pm (usually goes longer). The Record Desert Whitetail Club meets only once a year and it's this Sunday. The guys/gals bring down their bone for the year and its cool to see the results. Theres about 100 members, guessing, total. So if your bored, c'mon down and check it out. Also, if you want to join, it's $20 and a 90" gross buck. Dues gets you a 16oz steak and a red solo cup. WINK WINK.

Git r dun kid! No tips for 6a, but run the roads before daylight and give out some hen calls and see if you get a taker. Them Tom's don't move much. If they ain't talkin, look for litterally "chicken scratch" on the mountain. Much like deer scrapes. And see if there is goose terds close by. Thunder chickens are very habitual, even if they don't talk, and of course your hoping they do, if you find sign.....there close.

The most enticing thing about hunting is making sure you go thru all the steps, especially when it counts. Drop away....all the way. Less arrow friction is always a +. Find your target, draw back smooth, pick your spot, squeeze.....don't forget to squeeze the trigger, and follow thru. WB 's are for lazy peeps. IMHO
