you should try up around pinto valley area, lot of good deer in those neck of the woods or even out torwards roosavelt lake on the west side of the road,

its next to the osterich farm off of I-10 by picacho peak I can watch the semis drive by all day

i shoot the 2 inch AAE low profile shield cuts and they are awesome in all kinds of conditions especially with a mechanical broadhead, cant go wrong with the 2 in AAE's but thats just my 2 cents worth
