Well watching the video on the net on install it showed him just sawpping it out. The ones i was looking at are suppose to be oem specs just a longer bolt handle thats why i said plug and play!

Why not just send it back into mbg and have them put the ascent base on it and then you would have a 7 pin adjustable. They have great customer service and am sure they would help you out.
