What do yall think this buck would score?
shylopolito replied to shylopolito's topic in Trail Cameras
I appreciate the input yall. I know he's not the biggest buck by any means but so far he's the biggest to come into our new setup! -
Got over 350 pictures in 9 days!
-
Yeah it's a tiny town. My dad actually knows a girl who is from there. Tons of wildlife around those parts!
-
Woah hold on, this is the first time I've heard of someone living in Pinedale!
-
Great looking buck, way to get it done!

Touching down on this a little bit, my grandfather worked and was very close friends with one of the rancher's from Willow Springs. My grandpa is getting up in age but he has passed down the stories of seeing muleys that were as wide as the back of a jeep. Anyways, 37B holds some decent bucks, but just like anything else you have to put in the time and hope for a little luck.

Awesome pictures & some good looking bucks! -
I haven't been up since about a week ago but the bucks were running together and the does alone. Where I am, it has been really warm.

That thing looks HUGE! Is it typical or are my eyes just playing tricks on me?
-
That's one helluva deer, even then I think that's an understatement. Thing is an absolute giant!
-
Good amount for one year! The head is also pretty nice. Was this year a good year or what? Because my dad and I found 9 in two days!

When we were on 77, right before Globe in the last bit of that mountain range (not familiar with the name/area) just driving through we saw 2 elk off the side of the highway & that was a first for my dad who has probably driven through that area over 50 times.

Me & my dad were just up in 4A for the thanksgiving elk hunt & were trying to decide if there was coues in there or not, guess this answers it!

I think Jaguars are one of the most beautiful animals on the planet, I have been fascinated with them since a very young age. It's awesome to think that there is still a few around, hopefully that one day they will end up with a stable population! My dad actually claims to have seen one about 25 years back while he was hunting with his friend up in 33. Said he told his friend to get on it because he thought it was a lion, but once they realized it was a Jaguar they sat in awe and he felt bad for trying to put his friend on it!

That rattler is HUGE!

That's a pig of a buck! I love the character, congrats!

Could've gotten a 3x2 muley about 22 inches wide tonight but opted to wait.
-
Congratulations on a good looking bull!

Anyone else have this hunt? My father and I both drew tags and are anxious to be up in the elk woods. This is the first elk tag I've ever been drawn for and my dad's second in over 20 years. We've done our scouting and will probably end up camping in the Southern end of the unit. Just interested to see how many fellow hunters are excited for their tag!

Thank you and that is a great looking bull!
