Its time to get them kids out in the field and get some Turkey hunting done. I will be headed up to unit 27 for my boys Turkey hunts next weekend. I will have both of them hunting this year. They got so excited when I took them to the get there hunting Licenses and Turkey tags a couple of days ago. Now lets see if I can call in Old Tom Gobbler and his twin brother for my boys. Good luck to all you guys and gals taking your kids out turkey hunting this year & BE CAREFUL.

I have kept mine up since last spring. I like to see whats in there in the off season. Right now is a great time to see whats still packing there head gear. And by keeping them up for so long lets you know whats in the area, or if you should move them to a new location. I checked mine last weekend, and got a couple still packing. They always come out a week or two ahead of the date that they give you. And remmember what April 1st is. She may have just got you on an early April fools. Im guessing on the 24th or the 25th. GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!

I also use the egg and flour. But I put some creol seasoning in the flour and fry it up. That creol seasoning is some good stuff.
