I have two 1 acre lots for sale in beautifull Forest Lakes on top of Mogollon Rim. Several mountain lakes are within a few miles of subdivision with good fishing and excellent hunting in the area. Water (hook up fee applies) and electric are at the lot line. Septic is needed. Both lots are commercially zoned but can be easilly rezoned to residential with the county.You can also have a personal residence on the commercial lot if used for business (with a conditional use permit). Lots are zoned CG10000,hotel/motel/rental cabins,retail etc. I am asking $100K per lot. Thanks Andy. With my small home based business slowing down to a trickle last couple of years, I should have plenty of free time for scouting, if I decide to go that route. Heck, I'll get out there often even if I get a guide. Half of the fun in hunting is preparation and scouting leading up to the hunt, enjoying nature and then the actual hunt. What's even more enjoyable for me nowadays is helping out my kids on their own hunts. I actually offered my antelope tag to my son, who is 14, but he declined, saying that I waited a long time for this tag. Both of my kids drew early Peaks bull tags so it looks like we're gonna have lotsa fun chasing bulls this fall.

One buffalo cow taken in Saddle Mtn Wilderness was the only one taken on a spring hunt so far. Lots of snow on the plateau this winter perhaps explains why it's so slow. Just got a report of a herd moving closer to National Forest side and I am getting ready to head out soon.
