Wife,Father-inlaw and I got the Oct 31, Goal is to get the wife her first deer.

I shot a 90 inch buck 2 years ago that had a fang tooth. I did a European mount on it and kept the fang and glued it back into place. It is the Buck in my Avatar here.

I use to guide hunters in CO when I lived there. I would have to say that the 10% rule is a good rule to fallow. I worked for an outfitter and never asked what he was charging hunters but the hunters told me what they where charged on many hunts. I always seem to get that 10% no matter if they where successful or not and a little more when they where successful. But I would base my tip of my experiece if you no what I mean.

I took the pictures through my Vortex Skyline 20x60x80 with a Kodak Easy Share 5.0 megapexel camara and I would guess the deer where some where between 900 and a 1000 yard give or take, don't have a range finder that will reach out that far. Been looking at getting a new just havn't yet.

Here is My Father in-laws first deer with his twin boys and my self. This was a great hunt first deer killed at 50 years old, and had all his boy with him. Unit 31 2008

In 2009 we drew 1 Oct tag and 3 Dec tags, in Unit 31. I was hoping that we could get all four tags filled, in hopes that My brother in-laws and father in-law would take there Second deer ever, but we miss getting the Oct tag filled. So 1 brother in-law and Father in-law and my self taged out in the decmeber hunt Don't have a picture of my father in laws but it has been posted already by jplyler in this form, hope you enjoy.
