For sale: Brand new Brunton Eterna 15 x 51
robertramsey61 replied to Live2hunt's topic in Classified Ads
I have a pair of these and they are nice! -
I have gone to both Casey's and Coconino, I liked that Coconino did more in the wrapping of the product, meat seamed to last longer in the freezer, but Casey has more of a selection, they are both good, Coconino is a little less money.

Easier to put in means more apps and lower chances of getting a tag!

Its not just for the road, there was a city water main that went up the mountain and the well is located in the inner basin that was washed out as well, so the construction staging area is up there and they dont want a bunch of people in the area messing with stuff so they closed the road.

I think it is first come for sitting water, I do now of a time a guide went in and found a holding tank of water a good mile or so off the road and took his client in to sit. They got in there and set up a blind and herd something coming, it was another hunter. The guide told the other hunter they were there first and it was there drinker for that part of the hunt. The other hunter responded with this is my water hole, I built it and brought water here for the past 4 months, then asked if the guide and his hunter had a bull tag, the guide replied yes and the other hunter said so do I good luck and climbed the tree next to there blind and went in his stand. The guide left with his client, I thought it was funny and the other hunter had a great point, I would not of given that spot up even if someone got there first if I had put in all that time and effort to build it.

That is just bad, flat out bad. If that would happen to me, I would do one of two things 1) confront him 2) go on the rifle hunt and fallow that guy around and yell and make as much noise as possible for him and his hunters. Payback is a bitch, and people need to be tought a lesson.

Lark, I was thinking the same thing about them using there vehicle to get to the bull, it is against the law. All I now is I have had some very good luck in the past with hunters, I shot a bull a few years back and had another hunter walk up on me after the shot and asked if I had hit the bull. I said yes and he asked if he could join in on the recovery as it was a great bull and he wanted to see it first hand. He hung out with us almost the entire day and I still keep in contact with him, he ended up being a great guy. Seems like there are a lot of good guys but dumb butt's give everyone a bad name.

WOW, is all I have to say, I would of not taken that very good, might of gone to fist if it were me.

There is a lot of rain! I have seen one bull down in there that was a 390 bull and herd of a second.

Well I was lucky enough to draw a 13B rifle tag this year and was just looking for a little help from anyone who is willing to lend a hand with information or ideas. If you can PM me or send me an email rramsey@rbf.com I would appreciate it. I am so pumped to have drawn this tag with my Dad and cant wait to get up north again.

41 holds some big big bucks, I saw a pic of a buck a few days ago that would make you scream. Buck every bit of 36 wide, tall and big forks......

I like 12B West better then 12A, I have a better time on the hunt, there is a lot more places to go to get away from others. I went in 12B West last year with a friend and took a 182 inch 3 point, great buck, he actually just got it back and the mount looks great. My buck ended up going just under 185 and I was supper happy with him, could not pass him up, but I did see a few bucks that were bigger scouting right before the season. Got on them a few times just never got a shot. Great times up there, I drew a 13B tag this year so I hope I can make it count!!

Santana Outdoors $200 "Winners Posted!"
robertramsey61 replied to Santana Outdoors's topic in Sponsor Spotlight
I put in a few reviews -
My boss had one of there bows and said it was a good bow but there service was not good. He had broke a lim and they would not replace both, only once of them. If he wanted the other side he had to pay like 200 bucks? He ended up just buying a new bow, he was pissed.
