I was up in 6A with Outdoor Experience 4 All. They had a youth camp at Mormon lake campground. 6 tags and 5 elk on the ground. Had a great time with all the kids and all the volunteers.

Great Bull. Congrats. What unit if you don't mind me asking. Might have pics of this bull in velvet.

I have tons of bull pics on water holes around Young during that time period. Get the camera out and good luck.

I have a box of tags not used also. But that's not the only reason I hunt. If your not having fun then why do it. Harvesting a animal is icing on the cake.

The area is 22N. I looked around the area thinking some animal may have moved the lick. I just couldn't believe someone would take the salt lick. Not very many people make the effort to come to this area. And I usually put my camera leading into water holes. Was 100 yards from water hole. Glad my camera wasn't seen. Who knows what may have happened.

The first pic has the salt lick visible(by the rocks in the center). The salt licks were not in a road but on a trail 100 yards leading into a water hole.

I have pics of some guy (with his quad and license plate #) taking some salt licks I set out. He and his partner never notice my camera. Should I post these or not? Just wanted to get some other opinion's before I make my decision.

Talked to game and fish today. The game and fish rep said he would try to track the guy down and have a talk with him about ethics and shot placement.
