Legislature now in session
archerycrazy replied to archerycrazy's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
We have now jumped to 108 in the House and 58 in the Senate. Two gun control bills. S 1049 and 1050. -
Check out Early Alert Canines. The dogs are free but there are some limitations due to age and other considerations. It's true that this girl need help. I just use caution and look for alternatives.

I'm taking this real slow. I've never seen a need for donations to acquire a Service Dog and neither has a close friend who raises Guide Dogs for the Blind puppies.

C. Is there because a former Commissioner found radios being used at night on water catchments to keep wildlife away so they could setup an ambush at first light. -
I'm in. Has the potential to be fun.

Surprise building in Quartzsite area
archerycrazy replied to bonuspointjohn's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Rifle hunting in 10 near the construction of the wind project on Perrin Ranch was shut down for a year. The towers have warning beacons that the company claim would be off at night unless an aircraft was nearby, They don't. -

It's no surprise to me. YVRGC and I have been fighting it for well over a year. 653 Ft tower with huge solar panel field. Power goes to CA. It's happening all over the state. -

AZSFW and HB2072
archerycrazy replied to Coues Sniper's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
AZSFW is dead and gone. The money man behind it pulled his funding because of what we did to HB2072, Suzanne Gilstrap folded her tent and moved to Oklahoma. AZSFC on the other hand is still active with lots of changes in leadership although PBJ is still there, They are doing good things. -
Therre are still issues with scrolling.
-
It's still ok to carry a non-hunting firearm. The Commision is having it entered into the rules.

Michigan tells Unions to back off

This one's for you Hawkeye. Yeah it's by Fox News because ABC, NBC and CBS would never release such truth to the public. -

While they were at it, they told Obama to go pound his pud. -
There might have been a reward if you hadn't asked. CWT members aren't greedy, just honest.

This morning, I was pleased to read that the Senate was poised to approve this long awaited bill. I was confident that it would pass easily and be signed by Obama. Now I am disgusted that Senator Joe Sessions ® LA took action to block the bill, based on the cost of conservation provisions in the bill. As sporstmen you and I pay for the cost of nearly all conservation efforts trough Pittman/Robetson and Dingell/Johnson. If Kyl or McCain are involved in this there will be heck to pay.

The people who voted for Obama knew exactly what they were doing. They were keeping their gravy train on the rails. You and I and millions of others will pay the tab until we say "No more". I have n problem helping those intrue need, But I refuse to help the deadbeats who won't get off their butts and look for jobs. Years ago when I was in my teens going to work, I saw trucks going around looking for those willing to work. The able bodied young men just sat of their porches drinking their beer. Screw them.

I just drove by a local gun shop. The parking lot was nearly full. People are getting ready for Obama's atack on the 2nd Amendment. What the liberals have forgotten is that conservatives have them outgunned. What will happen in the next year or two; Isreal attack Iran and take out it's Nuke program. The Middle East will blow up like no other time is history. Obama will sit on his thumb and munch his popcorn. Sometime very soon Obama will begining the planning to repeal the 2nd Amendment. At some point those who are required to pay for all the handouts will say "No More". The real trouble will then begin.

Game and Fish Commission Applicants
archerycrazy posted a topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Seven applicants will be considered. By law, the are Democrats or Independents. The list of names follows: Terry P. Ashcraft Bryan A. Boling Julie M. Bradley Tommy A. Canyon Alvin W. Kamin Edward P. Madden Luis Miranda I don't know any of them but I have heard that Ashcraft is from Yuma and he applied for serveral boards/commissions at the same time with no cover letter. Looks like he is just a ladder climber. If anyone here knows a candidate please post any information that you have. We need to learn as much as possible about these candidates. -
Crumbled Alka Seltzer might be the trick. They eat it, it expands and they can't poop it out. Dead pigeon.

The administration released video of Obama and other officials in the Sitution Room shortly after Bin Ladan was teken down. It's been well over a month since the Benchazi attack. The administration is witholding all of the video, cables and emails. It's time to get rid of this administration.

You asked for it when you started feeding the birds. I doubt you will ever get rid of the pigeons now.

I give a salute to President Obama every time I see one of his ads. A one finger salute is all thatl he rates.

I find this to be even worse than a stndard poaching case if a youth hunter was involved. A very teachable moment wasl lost due to the irresponsible actions of the adult involed. Self reportimg wou;d have saved the Department a lot of time and money and taught the youngster proper ethics. Sad, very sad.
