Bought it from a member to set up for my daughter and can't bring myself to cut the stock down. I just paid $250 for Phoenix Custom Rifles to put aluminum pillars in and bed it. Old style Remington trigger set at a little over 2lbs and crisp. I don't think a scope was ever mounted and shot with just the open sights. The bluing and crown and rifling are excellent. Should be a real shooter and the old steel is hard to beat, action is very smooth. 22" barrel $700 Jeff 602-722-4931

I bought for my wife last week from a one owner elderly man in Peoria and the she thought the cab would be good enough for our 2 little ones but it's not. It doesn't need a thing the only thing I did was change out the diff fluids and do an oil job to start over. 2 new AC Delco batteries and the lift is 3" Carli multi-rate coils w/ Bilsteins and with the 1/2 over standard length Carli Control Arms with the articulating joints rides better than it was stock before. Doesn't change any steering geometry at all and I can drive down the highway and let go of the steering wheel for a while with no vibration or movement at all and will track true. This is basically a leveling kit and is better to go full coil than cheap spacers for better travel.

I have over $5k in receipts in hand for everything done recently by one great mechanic that does all my work he honors his warranty for everything done. The suicide door on driver side gets hard to open sometimes and has gooseneck and bumper hitch. The guy I bought it from put the gooseneck in then never towed and sold to me and I don't tow.
