how did this turn out, i agree with removing freon and pumping with nitrogen but i would do a oil leak check before i did that, oil stains will tell you alot....

Leupold is renowned for their warranty service, just send them the product and they usually repair or replace it with no questions asked. No need to register the scope or transfer warranty cards. I purchased the scope from Schmitty here on Coues Whitetail about 6 months ago. The only reason I am selling it is because I wanted more magnification and moved up to an 8.5-25 Leupold. Thanks for your interest. what do the bases fit

i think the need for the dots would be when you shoot and miss and the animal runs and stops gives you a better chance to wack em

i think you would use the top crosshair with the turret, i have decided to go with a mil dot or tmr reticle so that if i was in a hurry i could use the dots that would be a known yardage but if i had time i would dial in the turret and hold dead nuts but thats just my opionion
