At the last Commission meeting there was talk of going to only online with no paper whatsoever by the 2014 elk draw. That would be next year. The Department is also committing itself to investing in a better online system. Sorry to hear guys!! That makes me ill thinking about it. Maybe I don't get it. And I've said this before... Is it that hard or doesn't it cost that much to use the vendors/systems that other states use any modify them to our states laws and guidelines? I've applied in other states for 8 yrs now and NEVER had any problems. Maybe I don't hear about them, I don't know. For example, NM IMO has the best system. It's user friendly and simple. The draw back, they pull the full tag amount. But the draw is complete around 30 days. I'll pay the interest for thirty days so I don't get axed on the draw. No goat rope like we have every time! I would love to brag about how great our system is here in Az.
