This was my 9th DIY bowhunt to Alaska. We brought all of our own gear, camp and food. The transporter dropped us at a lake that I picked out and came to get us 11 days later. I love Alaska. Going back next year for moose.... Ed F

You can buy 3 over the counter deer tags. We saw a few bears but didn't have any problems. The bears were on our carcasses the following day. Ed F
