Who is your best meat processor in Payson? Friends are flying in to hunt 4B and they have 4 tags to fill. We use a processor here in the valley usually, but need advice on a good Rim processor. Payson is more convenient for a pickup than anywhere east of that. If you have any advice or comments they would be greatly appreciated.
