i was in 24b on the 15th, sorry didnt see them. on a brighter note i lost the tripod adapter for my leica's the week before and had no clue where i lost them, miracously i pulled up to one of the spots i glassed from and there it was burried in the dirt. so theres always a chance, good luck.

I would have a tough time going after him if I could hunt right now and I'll tell you why. There is so little pressure in this area and the genetics are so good I think I might let him get bigger. Don't get me wrong, I shot a spike meat buck during the early hunt so I have no problem shooting for meat. This buck is thick but he's really not that old. He's short but pretty heavy. He has the potential to something special and that's probably why I wouldn't take him. right on. ya if you shot one during the early hunt, i would definately hold off a few more days.
