I have called the G&F about downed game on 3 occasions....to no avail. They never showed, for at least 4 days that I know of. (on all occasions) 1 was a road hunter.

I tried the "raking" once. I was less than 50 from a big bull and about 7 cows that were laying down. It scared the crap out of them! They exploded out of there. I'll never do that again.
