hardest elk hunt i have done. its basically a rifle elk hunt but you can only use a bow. the elk are silent and since they have been shot at for a while they are in the thick stuff.

hunting bulls in november with a bow is not easy. good job.

yeah use pancakes if you want does... now if you want a buck, you need a good sammich! bucks love sammichs!

does this include the eyepiece? i am assuming not.

I also believe that the mag you use can only be capable of holding five rounds. If you use a 30 round mag and only have five rounds in it you will still be in violation. This is correct. It would be like not having a plug in your shotgun. I've been checked for that. you can take the mag apart, if its a high cap one, and put a plug in an ar mag as well to make it a legal 5 rounder.

i just ordered a blind from rhino labs. less expensive than a db and supposedly built very well. well see how it works and holds up.

fn five seven hand gun. 3 20 round mags. i have all the original stuff. prolly 250 rounds on hand. no more than 200 thru the gun. nice galco holster. 800$ northern arizona.

i have noticed, as far as elk numbers go, in 5b this year the elk are way down in numbers. where there used to be 3-4 bulls and cows there is maybe 1. maybe. i see they have 500 bull tags for november this year. i located 6 bulls this morning and there should have been twice as many where i was. it is getting harder to get away from the crowd to these days. to many tags equals to many hunters and to many elk killed. seems as always lately it comes down to money. sorry about your hunt.

shot a bear this year with a slick trick. total pass thru and never found the arrow. bear fell dead out of the tree. usually i use a vortex mini-max on elk. fly great and the elk go down fast.

that one is hard to lighten up. it does look spotted but i think it is just a weak flash with some distance. nice cat tho!

that rug is way cheaper than going out and killing one yourself and having a rug made. nice.

well as i see it at least they won't be killing many animals that way.
