Anyone see the announcement/live video of these? $1599 msrp $1300-1400 retail seems over priced for the simplicity of the binos. Does have angle compensation but not programmable ballistics data. Glass seems no better than the Viper line either. People would be better off with a Burris Eliminator III or save a couple hundred more and get a G7. gm/duramax diesels are the best! They are Isuzu diesel engines but no one can argue with the statistic reliability.

You're going to get a lot of opinions on this one. I will never own a Dodge. My father in law ran a few 15 & 2500's before switching to Fords and my wife's uncle has 4 dodge 2500's for work. (granted a work truck gets a lot of mileage) However, they ALWAYS seem to have more issues than the Fords and GM's. I know there are a lot of guys who love Dodge and have good experiences but I wont buy one. The Cummings is the only redeeming feature in my opinion. GM for me.

I have one as well. I have 0 complaints. You're always going to find negative comments (as you already know) and of course it's not a Swarovski or Nightforce but for the amount of money you save - they are absolutely worth it in my opinion.

Any CWT members that are machinist's? My brother and I are thinking of getting some barrel/bolt work done. Not set in stone but I would like to get a price gauge. I have talked to some out of state companies that do good work but I like passing my $$$ locally if possible. Again, just getting a feel for what is out there. If you know someone that does it or has a machine that does it and wants some side money let me know. PM me if that is better.

It cracks me up that so many guys can spend time reading through these threads (in general), researching the topic (to be right), take the time to type up a response and proof it several times to make sure they are not made fun of for spelling errors (I am not excluding myself) and then..... only 1-2 can find the time to attend a Game and Fish meeting as an advocate. (and its usually the same guys every time)
