Perhaps I'll run out there this afternoon & take/post a few pics for those who want to see them... it's about a 45 min drive. Any pics of that area would be great. only someone who loves the outdoors can appreciate it. Takes me 2 1/2 hours to get up there and when we tell people we drove up there literally for a picnic we get the "that's far for a picnic" response. It's like that "farmersonly.com" dating commercial- "city folk just don't get it"

Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. LolEverything in this state that has to do with water is cumulative. Aquifers, resevoirs, stock tanks. We'll just agree to disagree. For those things yes you're right. Probably the first time I've ever agreed with bonecollector777 but for antler growth precipitation 6 months ago doesn't matter. Wow, I too agree. If things go dry like they are predicting. This snow won't mean much. The snow isn't going to help May/June/July if it's dry. Just ask a cattle rancher about rain and quality of his beef. While future rain is essentially educated guessing, I can personally report tanks and lakes in the Flagstaff/Williams area are fuller than they have been in years. Upper Lake Mare was recently spilling over the dam, Mormon Lake has significantly more water than in recent years, and even the small tanks I was by last weekend we're quite full. I judge rainfall by Mormon lake. It seems to get dryer every year so if there is water in it- hallelujah

I don't think there is anything anyone can do about the draw. Unless there was a way to be charged and immediately notified of what it is you were drawn for then we will always throw out conspiracy theories and hate mail during this time of year and in June/July for the fall hunts lol Unless I am drawn every year for the hunt I want I know I will be disappointed- no draw system that is FAIR to others will change that

Yep. more $$$$$$$$$ for G&F. Cram more hunters in. Same thing happened in 24A for coues. 1,025 tags and 50% of those hunt the Pinals. Give it time and 24A will split into a north and south hunt. NOT to allow the animals to come back but to keep the hunters split up while allowing more tags.

Must happen more often than people think. My father was drawn for the Late Archery bull hunt 3rd choice last year.

This hit was today I have credit union west and the first charge showed up Friday morning and this one hit this afternoon. I am pretty confident that they are still charging cards from the ones that have been declined. Not sure what's worse- not being drawn or being teased this way! Glad someone is lucky! What do you think you got drawn for?

I am betting the cards that are being hit are the ones that take 3 days to show up like cabelas, BofA or US Bank. I would love to prove myself wrong but I'm not that lucky. Can someone prove they are not one of those and were actually hit today not just pending and now being withdrawn. The draw process won't show 100% until results are released as far as I understand.

You had a lot of points and put in for the cow hunts? I am all about meat hunting but you are more committed than I am.

Honestly, I don't know why I am still reading this thread. I know I did not get drawn and its a kick to the groin every time I see it. Anyone else looking forward to the fall hunt regs to come out???

Cant believe this- brother drew and tagged out on a rifle bull hunt last year. He just got drawn again for early bull!! So happy and mad at the same time!
