I would start lowering his expectations.

If you are looking for average antelope, they are literally all over Wyoming. Pick any unit you draw with 2 or 3 points, and you will have no issues filling those tags. For elk, You can also draw a general tag with 1 point and hunt many areas in Wyoming.

Lake Mary was loaded with people during the archery seasons, and IMO the elk started moving out of there some. There was much less elk in that area this year as compared to last year, and more people. That said, there will always be some elk back in there.
