How about 4 year license's or add a lifetime license to your drivers license making road hunting legal or how about a hunting chip imbedded in the palm of your hand or the back of your head and a G&F tracking device to boot! This is a trojan horse and will be used to introduce things in the name of "public streamlining", sounds a lot like another catch phrase "sequestering"!!!!!

"Friends" that Break,bend, or twist the law have NO place as my hunting buddies, but I guess it OK with you RifleMan and G$F officers... PFFFFFF... As to accepting Wagners explaination, it seems selfserving and incriminating of past crimes... Put on the Badge and you are held to a higher standard then a citizen, as it should be... Break the LAW while wearing that Badge and the penalties are higher, as it should be... I and many others respect the Badge and the Job of LEOs, when something like this happens, it is SLAP in the face to ALL who wear the Badge and live the JOB... If a LEO chose to go by trhe letter of the law to the T in every instance than I assure you that even "Holier Than Thou"BC777 would not have a licsense to hunt in AZ or me for that matter! This has been another messed up thread thanks to armchair quarterback analysis!!! In life the one thing I have learned is that one enemy cancels out 10 good friends... (No one wants to be friends with an Ahole!) Wives,jobs ,money and vehicles come and go but the mark of success is how many folks re-guard a man as their friend! I like to think of my hunting buddies as my best friends! Some of the hunts Ive been on have tested friendships and some hunts have produced new friends! I commend Mr Wagner for taking the time post his explanation of the situation he is going through with his hunting buddies/fellow officers! I am sure there are risks involved with his post.... I accept Mr Wagner's explanation as way more credible than some young trouble maker always whining wanabe in charge punks effort to stir up worthless crap! Maybe the law was broken/bent/twisted but I believe after reading the document that justice was served....! There is lot's of grey area between "The Law" and "Justice" and I would rather be a friend of justice than an Ahole quoting the law about a situation not actually witnessed! Im am sure I could drag out some dirt on someone in this very post and ask them to explain away their side of it and then 20 of you stone throwers would chime in quoting their interpetaion of the law and all kinda should have or should be this way or that! Bottom line is this mater of LEO Wagners elk hunt is a done deal , ruled on in court and last I heard you can't be tried for the same crime twice...Unless convicted then a second case can be taken to civil court for civil damages!!!! This Coueswhitetail Kangeroo Court/Lynch Mob needs to find something better to do with their time then buy into an angry punk kids personal vendetta against the AZGFD .......JUST SAYIN!!!! My intuition says maybee BC777 has been in a little trouble his own self and likes to see other people suffer along with him! Misery loves company! The Boston bomber bomber was not born in the US and I am pretty sure he wasn't even a citizen! The other acts of domestic terrorism you mention were committed by citizens! And yes those POS's should be tried in civilian court! I personally believe that committing an act of terrorism like bombing a Marathon run , shooting up people in public places is just another way to renounce US citizenship and people that do these acts should be held and tried as treasonous murdering enemy's of the state , enemy combatants by the military!

Military law and how it treats enemy combatants has always been different and divorced from civilian law.... The oath taken by civilians who join the military relinquishes civilian right's , making service members subject to the chain of command! When martial law is declared even civilians become subject to military law! Like it or not the war on terror is on USA soil in our city's , military bases and other strategic points of interest, declaring martial law over the entire country to fight this war would be cumbersome and provocative!!! Terrorism is a hideous tumor on the collective soul of humanity ,,, How do we fight this war on terrorism without stepping on some toes!!!? Typically it's the liberals that have their toes out and look forward to complaining about the harsh boots on the ground! Giving a terrorist the same rights as a civilian (trying him in a civilian court) is an insult to those proud Americans who take or took the sacred oath to protect and serve our country! exactly why we need a trial, with cameras in the court room and open to the public. One of these guys was convicted of domestic assault while here on a VISA and NOT deported. So on one hand your sayin that he was convicted of domestic assault in a civilian court and was not deported! And on the other you want him tried for the bombings in a civilian court again!!!! Makes no sense DB.....! Our civilian courts are headed up by mostly liberal judges and liberal prosecutors and you expect justice !!! I know I wouldn't like the government ordering me to stay in my house, don't try to go anywhere ....! Rumor has it America is a free country...! I didn't see them "locking down" any areas in California when they were after the dark skinned cop killer!!!! Isn't locking down large areas a civil rights violation!
