Hey hunt4horns! Just joined the sight last week. I drew a 33 coues tag also. Have you had this hunt before? Did you get the first or the second hunt. I got the second hunt and I also got a 33 javelina tag at the same time so I am hoping to kill two birds with one stone. Yeah I guide there all the time, hunting is good once you get away from the crowd but with my experience you'll find the coues a lot higher than your gonna find the rodents. Where do you plan on hunting ? I have the second hunt but a client of mine has the first hunt so i will be there a whole bunch in a short period of time. H4H........

I have a 33 coues hunt in Nov. Take your niece to that place and it's a closed deal, don't even take camping gear............ won't need it !

Okay crotalus now that you all have skeered the heck out of me tell me what to do if i ever get bit 2 mile from the truck and alone ? It almost happened once already but theres gotta be a better way to handle it than to be scared all the time now.

Did anyone else receive a phone call from a company contracted by AZG&F that said they lost info for your hunt application and to re-apply ? And if you do know of anyone else that received this call was there anyone successfully drawn for anything ? This call took place about 2 weeks prior to the hunt drawing !

Oh I was very careful, even called to verify but how this all unfolded was at the end of the application process it never gave me a conformation # so i called AZG&F to ask why and they took my info from me and told me if there was a problem that they would let me know. This all took place on the last day and they kept having server problems thats why it never completed the application process but believe me I was extremely careful. But the Mickey Mouse outfit that called me had no further info for me so I called AZG&F it was a mess but they let me re-apply but didn't get any tags. I kinda think it was their effort to make me fill better about the whole mess.

Great pod but you need to really watch which one you order cause some of them are very heavy. 7.5lbs but they have a carbon fiber one that is very nice just a little more expensive.

I'll never do that again, but believe me if I didn't do what I did others were gonna, too many people were finding out and i never expected to see them where I did. They caught me by suprise. Next time I'll throw stones at them. They weren't where you think they were but not far off .

I can't wait , I'm heading up North tomorrow morning to area 1 for the day hopefully I'll get some good pics. My cousin drew a tag there and doesn't know the area much.
