Hello, I am taking my wife and 3 kids up to a cabin in the Heber-Overgaard area tomorrow for a few days. Not being familiar with the area in the winter, does anyone know of a spot or spots to go sledding up there? The cabin is near the big fire station. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has taken me a few years to get this done, but I finally was able to take my first archery Coues on Saturday. Shot him at 25 yards with a 100 grain muzzy and he fell over on the spot. Lots of character and a few small kickers on there. 102 2/8 gross.

Thanks everyone......I was hunting out of a tree stand on this one. I have some great trail cam pics of him as well.... Dropped him off at the taxidermist yesterday and measured it for a gross of 102 2/8.

I just got back from 22n looking for bears and other predators this weekend. No luck. It is nice and warm up there so I bet they are moving around a bit. I just ordered 4 Kenda bear claw tires for $267 and free shipping from rockymountainatv.com. What a great deal. I was looking at $100 per tire locally.......It said they would arrive in 3 days. I will have to find a shop that will mount them for me. Thanks again for the info.
