I have been using a Kelty external frame pack for a few years. I've never used any other pack than this one and a smaller pack that I use when pig hunting. I'm in the market for a new pack, not sure if I should stay with an external frame pack or dish out the cash for something else. Would like input from people who use external frame packs and all others too, thanks!

I have a question on the Pinal Air Park area. I've only been out to Pinal Air Park a few times to ride atv's. When I've gone out I noticed that in some areas there are spent casings and shotgun shells on the ground. Is it legal to plink or predator hunt out there? I've seen some military vehicles out there doing some sort of training from time to time, so I just want to make sure. Any info is appreciated.

Does anybody have a pair of the Diamondback 12x50's? I have a pair of of the 10x42's and love em! I'm in the process of making a trade for a pair of 12x50's. I'm wanting to get them so my younger brother has better glass to use on his tripod when we head out. What would be the value on a used but good condition pair? Any help & input is appreciated!

My vote goes to Vortex! I was in the same situation as you last season. Alot of people here pointed me towards Vortex & Nikon. I went with the 10x42 Vortex Diamondbacks. I have to say that was money well spent and enjoy spending time behind them.
