$12,900

Title in hand. 2nd owner. Purchased in 2022 from Prescott dealer. We’re moving and can’t take this with us. I’m including all of our camping gear with it. A full list is below. You could leave my house and go straight to the woods. Never smoked in. Restroom never used. Never had pets in it. Never cooked in. We babied this from the day we got it by always cooking outside and using facilities. Brand new tires from discount tire in April (I have receipts). Full propane tanks included. Comfortably slept 4 adults and you can convert the table in to a twin bed for kids.  Text or call is best.  928-two two eight-6 one one 6 - Nathan

Items included:
Camp chef 3 burner
Camp chef 2 burner cast iron griddle
Carrying bags for both of the above
Adjustable feet for camp chef for leveling
Full propane tank for camp chef
Brown and tan area rug in photos
Flat Camping table in the photos
Aluminum kitchen table with carry case in photos
2 gravity chairs (1 tan, 1 blue) no rips or tears
New set of 4 camping plates, bowls, cups
Full set of metal silverware
Multiple used frying pans included
Dish washing tote with lid
Bedding and pillows in the photos
5 gal potable water jug in photos
Curt sway bar for towing
Tow hitch with 2” ball
Brand new sewer line kit in the box
Brand new jack installed
Charger adapter/surge protector

The good: awning works great, a/c blows cold, heater is hot, stainless water heater (no anode needed), new tires, new seals in 2024, smells great inside, mounted propane tank is full, camp chef tank is full.

The bad: both speakers on exterior are torn. We never used them, the dry air caused them to crack and tear off, 1 small scuff in the flooring the size of a nickel, the blinds were remounted so there are a couple pin holes around each of them, black water sensor sometimes reads 3/4 or full but it’s empty. That’s a common problem with these sensors. I just always knew I was going out empty and we only showered and used the sink a few times each trip so I never needed to worry about it filling up.
