Montana Boy Report post Posted October 24 APC chasis with 4-16x50 scope. This was the American flag setup you could get from Howa for around $1500 or so. I bought it on a whim for my newly hunting son thinking it would be a good fit for him, but he's needing something smaller still. Previous owner sprayed it, much a mediocre job, but it is what it is.
