Well I drew a 3B archery sep bull tag and shot a nice bull that I sadly did not recover and am still hoping to find! Anyways I ended up also drawing a 12A East muzzleloader deer tag I was wondering if anybody else in here has experience win this hunt my family are no strangers to the kaibab this will be our 11th visit in 15 years however this is my first kaibab tag they told me it will be a grind to find a larger 4point due to it being a fairly early hunt and in this unit we don't really get the knab bucks

My hunt was in october 2015 i met my Dad downsouth becaues i was testing at school. I got to camp and dad was gone so I went out by myself. I saw 5 Bucks and passed them all. Later telling dad the story that night we went to my trusty glassing knob. We got to the hill and i didnt like what i saw so i told him to meet me on the nexty knob so i start glassing and pick up a bedded buck right off the bat 30 seconds or so in. I then get set up for a shot however my scope on my .270 isnt the best and it was barley shooting light outside. My buck was facing away from me then shot his head around i thought oh crap dad. I turn around and theres my dad walking down the hill saying see anything yet? I motion him to get down and he gets down and rolls to me i ask if he wants to take him and he says no you spotted him hes yours. so i range him at 252yds i settle and put my 2nd bdc on the deer through my dads monarch 3 and squeeze off he stood up. I racked another one in and shot he was hit againg and he rolled i eject my shell and it gets jammed then i hear another shot and look at my dad my dad shot my buck! When i asked how come want to make hamburger out of him " Jokingly" my dad said well he tried to get up. I couldnt be more happy with my deer i am so happy and thankful. My two shots were within two inches of eachother and his heart was in peices and lungs were shreded my dads shot broke his back. And congrats to my Cousin Jake Lindsey on his Wide buck!!

So I have my 20 sighted in perfect totally flawless grouping when no go out to 40 I'm shooting low I'm at a 29in draw with 55lbs it's an older bow high country brute however u feel like its just me moving..

So I got a true fire release and I feel like its sort of jumpy when I shoot I'm still shooting groups I'm not sure if uts just my head talking or if it truly is jumpy

How many of you guys hunt bears in the early fall archery hunt I've only seen 4 while out archery hunting deer in August with a bear tag in my pocket down in 35b I got spots in other units up north are they pretty active that time of year I start scouting in late September due to being a student and I graduate this year so I want to expand my bear hunting time

Gonna start looking for bears in the Catalina's on the west side is it worth it done lots of e scouting and I've got lots of other spots for bears but just hasn't really looked in that unit any info on weather or not it's worth looking at would be great

Well after a 3 hour stalk my cousin put his 2016 Archery tag on his second Couesdeer which makes for his first Archery buck with a biw! He's not the same buck we were after but we couldn't resist for his first Archery deer and a coues at 60 yards at that! Now we wait to see if he drew an elk and antelope tag!!

Thanks guys! Lots of scouting went into this hunt and it was great to be able to spend this time with my dad and my gun is a Browning .270

anybody hear anything about the shhep in the catalinas havent herd anything in awhile

Hey all im trying to convince my parents that bear hunting isnt dangerouse i plan on hunting with a 7mag and having 3 others maybe 4 with me i plan on hunting 24a so if you guys could help me out id really appreciate it!

40 yards broad side all i could see was his neck and antlers the grass had him covered up so i put my 40 just above the grass and put it behind the shoulder and let my gold tip fly heard the smack and he bucked and ran lots of high fives and hollerin later we find the arrow lots of bubbles and bradhead bent up find blood follow it 25 yards look up 5 yards ahead my 2nd coues and first archery buck on the ground! 35a had one day to get it done and we got it done!!
