Not sure why it's not working for you, but it works fine for me and at least 62 other people that have downloaded it. If it continues to be a problem for you, just call Randy or email him and he can send it to you directly. I posted his contact info at the end of that first post. -
Get in Shape and Help a Sick Child Smile - Memorial Toy Drive
CouesWhitetail replied to rossislider's topic in Memorials
Hope you have another successful toy drive! I am so sorry you had to go through losing your son, but it's great you are doing something to benefit the kids at Phoenix Children's hospital. You might remember that we did a fundraising campaign her on CW.com a couple years ago and raised a couple thousand dollars for them. They are a great hospital doing some excellent work for kids. -
Some old pictures you might like
CouesWhitetail replied to jeffcros's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
nice! You should try your hand at adding them to the Trail Camera Photogallery on the new non-forum part of the site: www.coueswhitetail.com -
I suggest you buy National Geographic's TOPO! program for AZ. It has all the topo maps for entire state and you can print them out whenever you want. You can add waypoints and plot out other info as well. Generally when you hunt you will only hunt a few square miles on any given day and you can just print that part out and take it with you.

I have cleaned a bunch of skulls before and have found that maceration is a great way to do it. Just cut off as much flesh as possible and then put it in a five gallon bucket of water with a lid on it and let it sit for several weeks/months, depending on temperature. But as has been mentioned already, the real key with skull cleaning is degreasing and that's where you have to learn what chemicals to use and spend quite a bit of time on it. As far as beetles go, I have only heard that they are a pain and can be hard to keep alive and all. My suggestion is to use a professional...the time you save is worth more than the money you might save with your own beetle colony. Look up sponsor CMC skullworks for a highly recommended professional who uses beetles to clean skulls. You might even call him and see what he thinks about your idea to do your own colony. http://www.cmcskullw....com/index.html If you decide you really want to do it yourself, you can get a lot of great information on how to do it at taxidermy.net

You Sir are a retard! Just thought it was a funny picture, i'll pull it if need be or the admin can if they wish. dang, I wanted to see the pic. People take stuff way to serious and personal, getting offended by everything so the pic has to get deleted so as to not hurt anyones "feelings" Oh and I am half mexican and support this bill 100%. If you're legal you have nothing to worry about. If you're not legal than you are the problem. Go back. As far as profiling goes, who gives a crap. Of course they're going to profile. When probly 80% of AZ's illegals are hispanic (just throwing a # out there and probly on the low end) and your trying to catch illegals, who the heck are you gonna be looking at? It's pure common sense. If you're offended because they ask you then you again are part of the problem. The picture did not get pulled....it's on page 1 of the thread. I think it's a pretty humorous represenation of how some people view this bill, now whether it's an accurate depiction of the bill is up for debate.

One thing I learned is that hunting slow isn't usually the best way to hunt elk. You generally will have to cover a lot of miles and it's very hard to get in front of them if you don't move quickly. So my advice, in addition to those ideas mentioned above is to be more aggressive than you normally are when hunting other game. Getting between the elk and their bedding areas is a great suggestion, as long as you keep the wind right.

Congratulations on a fine buck with a bow!
