Ouch.....that's terrible.....I had my Jeep stolen many years ago in another state and it's no fun. We got it back eventually, some kids just took it for a rough joy ride. I hope you get yours back! At least the sticker will help make it noticeable!

Finally broke the 100" mark.

Awesome!! was it spot and stalk?

Yes, that was me!! I was up there on my church campout. Every year we do a campout there and hold the Sunday service at the ramadas. My fellow church goers were helping me fix my camper from the damage that bear did to it a month or two ago. I hadn't had a chance to fix it yet, but thanks to their help I am good to go! I wish I had seen you up there! I did see a father and his two sons, playing around with a couple bows, but it didn't look like you near as I could tell! They were playing with some of the kids from our church and said they were camped in the other main camping area there....maybe they were with your group?

cool sytem he came up with! I doubt it's legal though? Doesn't the USFS not allow you to put out stuff like that? Plus you are having to drive your ATV off road (unless you set it up right near a road) to refill it and eventually your tire tracks will show and lead others right to it.

Good point, let's hope everyone works to keep hunting areas clean....even if it's not your mess, you may benefit by picking it all up if it means the area stays open to hunters. -
Ok, check this thing out!! In honor of the new home page, I am posting the link to get people to go there and look around. You can login using your forum name and leave comments about this buck on the home page.....just look under the post there. Many thanks to Danny Pusher for sharing his awesome find with us!! http://www.coueswhit...12-wmat-pickup/ OMG!! You will love this beast!

Oustanding!! Weller's does some fine work!

Danny must have seen your request for more pics....he sent me a couple more frontal shots and I added them to that post on the home page. Enjoy! Wow what a buck!!! Unfortunately WMAT has changed their rules and Danny says he has to turn the rack into their game and fish. Tribal members are no longer allowed to keep racks. He said their game and fish dept is worried about poaching and so making some new rules to help with enforcement of game laws. I sure hope he gets that rack back!

2012 Archery Season in the books

Way to stick with it and recover your buck! -
I saw these at a hunting show a couple years ago and finally have them available in the new CouesWhitetail.com store. These tripods are lightweight, sturdy and yet tall enough to glass when standing up. Check them out! The promaster is my new favorite.....it's smaller and lighter than the other carbon fiber tripod I carry. It seems to me to be a perfect balance of size and strength.....it just feels really nice http://store.coueswh...r-tripod-t325p/ this next tripod is a little stronger, larger and heavier, but a great product.... http://store.coueswh...er-tripod-8144/

My husband works at Boyce Thompson Arboretum and they have two abandoned dogs that have taken up shelter there. We need to find a good home for them. Can you help? ABANDONED DOGS NEED A HOME! This pair of abandoned dogs needs a home - or homes, if we're unable to place them together. The pair are lost or possibly abandoned, made their way here, and for the past week we’ve been providing food and water to this male german shepherd and his smaller (approximately 40-pound) female companion. The dogs are inseparable companions: the male german shepherd appears to have an injured leg, and his devoted female canine compadre won't leave his side. For now they're living beneath a porch and have food and shelter – but what they truly need is a home, and an immediate visit to the veterinarian. Please help us find an adoptive home for these two - local shelters have no room. We're hoping you, our members, will help. Please call today and arrange to give these dogs a home – and then bring ‘em back here for dog walks over the next few years so our staff can see them again, knowing this sad story had a happy outcome? They appear to be friendly, middle-aged dogs - in need of a forever home where they can remain together. To adopt these dogs please call 520-689-2723 during daytime business hours 6am-3pm. There are several people willing to donate money to help with any medical expenses for whoever adopts the dogs. We don't know exactly what's wrong with the male's leg, but don't let that keep you from adopting them.

Two nice dogs ---- FREE to good home
CouesWhitetail replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Classified Ads
LOL!! great pic and glad you gave a nice dog a great home! fyi as an update on the two dogs this thread is about, they were taken by a volunteer to one of the valley humane society shelters. Both of them are getting the medical care they need and then they will work on getting them adopted out. I think they are at a "no kill" shelter and so they should eventually find some great homes for the dogs. -
Nice graphic! Have a great one!
