+1 on not calling it in. I know AGFD has a tough job to do when it comes to bears and I sympathize with their dilema. And I know most wardens really don't want to be putting bears down. That's exactly why I didn't call AGFD when a bear walked through my back yard a couple years ago. They have tranquilized and killed bears in Globe, and I don't see how that is a good policy. Seems to me there has got to be a better way. I imagine AGFD has come up with a protocol on handling these situations. I wonder if that protocol is available to the public for review? I am curious what they use as criterion.

I was able to get in touch with one of our sponsors, Lance Crowther of Timberland Outfitters and he is willing to donate his time (and his crews) to help Sadie get a buffalo. Lance and his guides are up buffalo hunting as we speak. They have lots of experience up there with the buffalo. Lance will coordinate with Derek, who will also be helping and is also lining up a bunch of other guys to help. And this morning, our own TomGobbler said he would donate the taxidermy work to get Sadie's buffalo mounted, assuming she gets one. Thank you to all our members who are stepping up with donations of time, money and talents to this effort. It's really great to see everyone pull together for this. Let's hope the best for Sadie.

Yea, I am doing a little reorganizing of the forum. The site has grown so much and people really want to post about all kinds of hunts, not just coues, so I am breaking out the "other big game" section into species specific forums. Should make it easier to find pics/stories as well as make it easier to know where to post info. We also now have a Hunting in Africa section since several of our members have been to Africa recently. I also added a long range shooting forum. Hope you guys like the changes!
