If all your daytime pics are turning out like that then there is some kind of problem with the camera. There shouldn't be blow out like that. Did you test it inside your house before you put it out? What did those pics look like? Why don't you give me a call tomorrow or PM me your phone number and I can talk to you about it some more. Hopefully we can figure out what is going on there. Amanda

I always wipe my cams down with no-scent wipes before I leave. I figure it elminates as much scent and salt from handling as possible and helps keep bears from investigating. So far so good, but of course there is no guarrantee! Amanda

Neat sequence to get on your trail cam! Amanda

I love that Fritz ranch. I was hoping to organize some friends to go add a layer of paint to it since it seems to be falling into disrepair. Hate to see it weather away. Amanda

Hope you have a great birthday Ted! Amanda PS, I got those shirts in that you wanted. I emailed awhile back about them, but haven't heard anything from you. Just wanted to make sure you got my email that they are available. -
Haven't written it up yet. I just got home last night and it will take me awhile to get something done. Hopefully in the next week or so I will get it up. Amanda

If you just search for the unit number, you will get this error msg: The error returned was: One or all of your search keywords were below 4 characters or you searched for words which are not allowed, such as 'html', 'img', etc, please go back and increase the length of these search keywords or choose different keywords. Unfortunately the search has to be for something with more than 4 characters. So if you do a search for "6A" then nothing will show. I don't know a way around that, except if you remember something else about a post, you can type in that phrase (like Riley turkey or backpack deer hunt). But if you are searching for posts that you haven't read before, you can't really come up with a good phrase. If I get a chance, I will check with tech support and see if I can change a setting to allow for searching that are using words less than 4 characters long. Some tips for using the search function. Advanced Usage Help Use Means apple banana Find posts that contain at least one of these words +apple +juice Find posts with both words +apple -juice Find posts with 'apple' but not 'juice' apple* Find posts with 'apple' and/or 'applesauce' "Some Words" Find posts with the phrase 'some words of wisdom', 'some words' but not 'some noise words'

I don't know how taxidermists like it skinned, but it sure seems to me you can skin it and just give the taxi the hide and keep the meat to eat. We skinned a few birds last week in NM. I was hoping a taxidermist would come on here and say the "proper" way to do it. here are 2 pics of a skinned out turkey (Kathy Greene was the shooter and it's her first turkey): Amanda

Just a tip....you can copy the CD contents for the topo maps to your harddrive then you don't need to use the CDs. Sounds like you might want to do that before he chews another one! Amanda

I have seen lots of lions (15+?), but I think I have only glassed up three of them. Two were taking a nap together. here are some digiscoped pics. Most of the lions were seen while driving on San Carlos. One was a group of four lions (I think a mother and 2 sets of young) that I watched for awhile but didn't have a camera and no tag. Some were seen from the air while doing aerial surveys. And the most recent sighting was the one I walked up on in a trap on San Carlos.
