  8. http://www.worldhunt.com/ Just wanted to let you all see this. I find this kinda disturbing myself but wanted to get some more opinions. What will they think of next! Hunting for MONEY!!!!!! I found this on another forum and there has been on overwhelming response. Also there are a lot of major hunting manufactures that have jumped on this as sponsors. Please let me know what you think. This is totally against what I was taught about hunting and the reasons I hunt.

Iam going to look DUMB here but I bought a license for the spring hunt then not thinking applied for another when I put in for the fall hunt for deer. Went to Game and fish with both today and they said thanks for the donation! And to use my new # for everything else I put in for. Went back tonight to put in for all my other hunts and was asked for my # but now they must be jammed up because it will not let me finish I get a bunch of error messages.

I think the ESPN poll is not fare the numbers keep going up then down. And the yes votes are winning. I do not support this but if you delete your cookies on your computer and go back you can vote again I think that is what is going on.
  13. The guys at the ABA are great. Our archery club and the Arizona Christian Archers ran the first leg of the Triple Crown for them. They started doing this so they could save on funds to help them support hunting in AZ. and put on a better shoot in Williams. I think it will be a great year for them. There banquet was a huge success it seemed to me. I look forward to working with them next year. Maybe I will see some of you in Williams. Are any of you shooting in the triple crown or just shooting for fun in Williams?

When you get a good shot on a deer "most" of the time you have a blood trail to follow how do you find a deer that has been drugged and has ran off. And what happens if you do not find it? From what we were told on ArcheyTalk they will answering these questions on there web site in the next couple of days.

They are shot with tranquilizer guns and drug tipped arrows. Then picture's are taken antlers are measured then a vet comes in gives the animal another shot to wake it up.
  18. It comes in black. I used white ankle wrap its almost the same but the white ends up brown really quick and leaves a lot of sticky crap when you take it off.
  19. Yes it is a Trycon XL.I did not like the fat wood grip on the "06" Hoyt's so I took it off and added some thin foam pad from the craft section at Wall Mart and some athletic tape that you would use on a baseball bat also at Wall Mart. It works great and your hands do not slip when they are sweaty or wet. This is the same setup I use to hunt with but a shorter stabilizer and a drop away rest.
  20. Mine have stayed in fine so far but a little bit of glue will not hurt. Do not use super glue it will melt the fiber. Use a slow drying glue fleth tite works. http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.p...ht=fiber+optics Here is a link to the web site I got all the info from. If the link does not work goto archerytalk.com under gen. discussion and do a search for fiber optics.
  21. Here are some pictures of my sight
  22. Howdy Dave I will try to remember to get some batteries for my camera tomorrow. I posted the other pics because my camera was not working. For the ends of the fiber you can heat up a small piece of metal an allen wrench works great. You do not need to touch the fiber just get it close to it. You may need to try it a few times to get them the same size. But before you do this try them just cut off with a sharp razor blade. I like mine just cut and not melted. They will be bright! and look larger then they are. Hope this helps anymore questions just let me know.

    Archery Gear

I use the Bohning Fletch Tite Platinum. I also use arrow wraps. They glue much better to the wraps then the arrow it's self. To cut back on weight I do not use all of the wrap just enough to go past the end of the vane. I use white vanes with white wraps to show blood better. If Iam lucky enough to get a shot.
