Chef, I assume you are a chef. I've been dry brining my red meat now for 2 years or so from at least 30 minutes to 8 hrs before grilling or cast ironing. I'll never do it another way now. Thoughts on the process?

I am hard on my stuff and have put them through heck. Cannot say enough good things about the Sawbucks. Literally only bitch is I wish they had side pockets. Ventilation would be good like the Kuiu but they are a very light pant to begin with and I really haven't ever wished for ventilation although it would likely be nice. I was very skeptical at first when I saw how lightweight they were but 3+ years later skepticism has long been a past thought...

First Lite Sawbucks are the real deal. The only hot to cool weather pant I wear now. Work well. Very durable. Want to try the Kuiu as the vents and pocket layout is a bit more diverse...

Agree. These are Costco bellies. The rendered fat is the best part or at least equal to the bacon itself. Adds to lots of dishes.

Original green stock. 92 rounds down the barrel, nothing hotrodded. I have only used 1 load and bullet its entire life, the 130 Berger VLD and it stacks them up as far as you can shoot. Recoil is minimal. I have too many rifles. Can't really find any marks on it of note. All load data included. Scope is not included but will include 30 mm rings and upgraded Accurate Mag as shown in photos. It has taken game up to 850 yards. Very accurate rifle and good big buck vibes. 1,500$ FTF in the Tucson area.
