    New Products

The way I do it is mount level on rail to level gun and action then put a builders level on the block wall in back yard then mount scope and also scope level and level cross hairs to the level on the wall keeping all levels true X3. Make any sense? Maybe I need one more level. LOL

Where do you store your tag before hunting season?

I have a special spot on a shelf in the man cave where all my books and maps go. Tags go under the cam hanes back country book for good luck. I also print extra licenses and put one in each envelope for each applicant and put both in sandwich bag.

    Healthy recipes?

Stir fry is a big fall back for us. Chicken fresh veggies and some rice. Home made soup lasts for days as well. I like to just grill all kinds of veggies and put in bags for snacks. A little grocery trick is shop on the outside of the store only stay away from the middle. Think that one over

    Monday Check in

I would say yes but is that the race where you get mud in your shoes? I hate that. Congratulations on your hard work paying off. It gets addicting when you start to see gains doesn't it? I love to push and see what I can do next

    Training For Hunting Season

Mr Wards, please explain the benefits of resistance training as it pertains to weight loss, I.E. residual burn or calories and such. I think for the weight loss goals of some this would be helpful. Thanks in advance

    Current routine

There are some good points with health issues for some. My wife has asthma very bad so she struggles with exercise but she has done what she can, like some have said its the little things that will help, park far from store, stairs not elevator, bicycle, swimming is a pain to get into unless you have a pool but it is a very good workout. Another tip if you want success is if you decide to do something try to do it close to work, the further you drive the less likely you are to stop day in and day out. I run, hike or hit the gym right next to work when possible. Best tip is keep it simple to start, remember there is not a secret to weight loss, lower calories in than calories burned period. With a small amount of exercise daily and a calorie negative you will lose. I have to work really hard to not gain weight, I have been heavy all my life despite being involved in every sport on earth for most of my youth. At age 35 I was 255 lbs and way out of shape (over eating) , seeing the Kona Triathlon on TV got me off my butt and by age 39 in 2012 I competed in 6 triathlons at the Olympic distance placing in 2 and winning one in my group. The second thing that got me going was the Biggest Loser show. Like said before its a lifestyle not a diet, it has to be part of yours and your families life everyday.

    Another Rifle Build

I need to make myself put my rifle in the pack, I just like it in hand just in case, hate to bump a monster and have my rifle on my pack. Again very nice work.

Stairs is a good mention for sure. I don't do the gym right now but when I did the stair machine was great. Try skipping every other step man that hurts.

    First Archery Memory

First hunting major memory was sitting for 30,min in the sun behind bushes within 50 yards of a good white tail on my first archery hunt. I only had out to 40 yards on my 70 dollar pse nova with aluminum arrows so I passed the shot to my buddy and he hit a tree. Lol I will never forget it backpacking for several days and stalking several deer only to be busted, that trip just a few years ago ruined me.

    $37,000.00 Appendix?

One thing that would help for real more than talk is keep yourself in shape and eat healthy as you can stand. Don't be the stereotype american lazy and fat. Push those around you to get healthy and or stay that way and if we could push this hard in america we could do some real change to costs.

    $37,000.00 Appendix?

t really sucks when bills come for service but really are we at a point where we expect to have serious life saving surgery and not pay anything? You know what if you have health issues and it costs a ton of cash I am sorry but you will have to pay for it just as I would. Again it sucks but there shouldn't be free rides. Yes everyone should do their due diligence and make sure you are not overcharged or mis charged but in the end don't expect your life being saved to be free. My wife and I pay more than most people I know monthly for our health insurance but you get what you pay for.
