Getting excited about my dad and sons first ever elk hunt, doing some early preparation for a good camp and new tradition.

It's 24 long 14 high and 16 wide, same as large ones they sell with wall tents. Tent is big though. Just waiting on the pipe so I can fab a flange and it will be burn in time. Should be nice to cook on with that big flat top

I just hope this guy keeps working in the future, I plan to bring any and all my animals to him. I'm thinking a nice mule deer this year and a nice bull next year. One can dream.

Haha I was thinking the same thing. Hey I was all packed and ready to haul the mules up Monday but the text came in Sunday and I was working. Cool deal you put some more miles looking for that bull, I think that tuff old dude is still breeding right now.

Nice work Andrew and thanks again for having me along, the story doesn't do any justice to the experience, I hope everyone who works hard for a tag gets to do this at least one time. With all the foundations and conservation groups of which I belong to 2 and donate money every year why is there no funding and work being done on deals like this? Why are we the minority left defenseless? I don't hunt cats at all but this is very infuriatingly an attack on sportsmans way of life.

I like George carlins idea, everyone has a gun that shoots a-hole sticky signs and if your car has more than 2 a-hole signs you go to jail.
