Any chance of a shot without metal ? That looks way shorter on the spread than this? -

I was thinking the same thing, call it good and get to 100 yards and shoot -

A little cold and snow in mid May couldn't slow me and the wife down.

By the way, whole free range chicken, apples, wild onions, Tyme, rosemary, and stock from thanksgiving turkey. with home made sour dough bread.

What's the difference????

Only saw 2 or 3 elk this trip but rode at least a mile of elk trail, no sheds to be had. Now for deer we saw at least 20, 8 or 9 in one group. Can't get over the water, everywhere.

If you can believe it we got hammered with snow and hail last night, luckily the wife got called for work so we were already packing it up, drove 13 miles of dirt road in a sideways blizzard. Hard to beat the cool air, and for ounce we came home to 75 degrees rather than 103

Haha in due time in due time. My dads first and most likely last elk hunt comes first.

Ya that's our downfall, bottle of wine or 2 and it hurts when the bill comes.

My buddy bought one and wished he had a deisel. He pulls a trailer a lot though. My some has one and loves his but doesn't pull much. Good truck bad fuel mileage and really bad when towing

Me and my buddy have filtered some very questionable water out in the woods and never had any issues. I know of trail ultra runners who use only the life straw and run 200 miles through the woods and no issues. I don't see a need for virus. Use commun sense on water source, if there's anima scat all over don't use it. Or carry a steripen as well. We use msr sweetwater
