I was wondering when they shed North, Central and South (AZ)? Elk? Muley? Coues?..................I know the Coues I follow shed in May down south.

+1 on getting hit by the new string, string stretch and draw weight increase (like 8#'s) last July. My shoulder did not like it! I learned the hard way before getting it checked......

Great topic. I'll be moving my current bow into back up status and begin shopping for a new one in April or May as well.

Love it when a plan comes together. I would have done the same thing.....

You guys are cracking me up. My bad for forgetting how taboo this topic is.......... How bout mining claims? Know any good ones?

Way to get it done. Congratulations. Looks like Red Hill.

That's awesome. Congratulations. Were they blind rattling or spotted the bucks then began to rattle?

Great info! Thanks. Sound is unreal.......

Thanks fellas! My bow was so jacked but James at the "HQ" got me back on track. Ready for the weekend!

I've been working a herd in a draw this month. I still hunted into the herd and missed 3 different pigs. I know, I know, I'm in therapy now. Anyways I've located their bedding area from their night before (fresh green scat) on the 4 occasions I've checked it. My question is should I slip in there under the cover of darkness and wait until they leave their bed? Anyone ever tried this?

Great videos. Thank for sharing. Are you working the J-13 call?

Great location. Looks similar to the terrain I have mine in. I swapped out my card in December, anxious to see who and what made it through this year. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys. Great input, keep'em coming. This is my first time chasing them in January.

Elkhunter-congrats. You are on a roll..........

Congrats! Thanks for sharing the video.

Well done. Life only presents you with so many opportunities, make the most of them.

Both elk cows and Does if not bred will cycle one more time 30 days later. Mother Nature makes sure they get a second chance. I'll be in 37B on Monday and Tuesday with my pig tag in hand too. I'm gambling on MLK weekend when I'll be down south hoping a big boy walks by looking for love.

Nice ground score.

Nice buck! Congrats. Looks like one of those greasewood flats bucks. Was he rutting?

Congrats on filling your tag. Thank you for sharing the video. I always wondered how long and how much water they drank when at a tank. That lead doe was sucking water like a Sikorsky sky crane. My trail cams only capture stills, so your high quality video answers many questions for me.

Glassed up a big buck with his 4 does in 37B last Friday but they gave us the slip. Today I had a Muley at 50 yards and blew it. I picked up my range finder instead of knocking an arrow and letting her rip in 33.

Heading out in the morning. Hope to catch a good day between storms. Hope its not foggy......

Nice job amigo. I hope to sneak down there next month for >>>------------>.

I've done the carpet glued to shoe bottoms, it works. Also cheap moccasins from walmart work too.
